Our filled wedding and celebration cakes have three layers of moist sponge filled with two layers of filling of your choice. You can choose flavours from our standard list or please enquire about alternative cake flavours or combinations.

Madagascan vanilla sponge with white chocolate buttercream and raspberry or strawberry jam.

Sicilian lemon sponge with lemon curd and lemon buttercream.

Rich chocolate sponge with chocolate buttercream or ganache and raspberry jam.

Light red velvet cake with a cream cheese flavoured buttercream.

Ultimate Carrot Cake

Superb carrot cake enriched with sultanas and orange zest with orange or cream cheese flavoured buttercream filling.

Banana flavoured sponge with caramel and buttercream filling.

Mums Rich Fruit cake

Brandy soaked rich fruit cake made to mums favourite recipe seeped in brandy for three months for that rich intense fruity flavour.

CAKE FINISH

All of our tiered and single cakes are covered in fondant or buttercream.  Underneath they are covered with a thin layer of chocolate ganache or buttercream which allows the perfect, smooth finish.
